Although I didn't mean to extend my voki classroom account and I didn't click the "extend link" I've just realized that I' ve been charged with the subscription for the next twelve months
After not receiving an activation email for over 24 hours, it finally came.
The link works and it takes me Voki's Community page but every time I try to log on into my account, it says I have to check my email and activate it by clicking the link provided.
I have gone back and clicked that link several times and each time, it's not letting me log on.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm glad we were able to help!
We've been suffering from a systems problem since yesterday where some emails are not being sent out as they should be. Our engineers are on it, but in the meantime, anyone who signs up and does not receive their activation email, pls send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of you.

I am really sorry to have had such a bad start to your website. Do you really think that you can keep a sustainable number of clients by making such mistakes??
I would like to have an immediate refund please. I will use the trial version for 13 more days and then I will decide according to my experiences with my students, regardless of this bad experience.
