I can't log into my voki account. Error says someone is logged in another device. There is no other device.

Can't get to support without logging in.  I am stuck.

In the meantime - try clearing your browser cache, or use another browser.

I checked with support and the issue which affected this customer was resolved at the time, and I will mark it here as fixed. Please let me know if you still encounter a problem.
