How do I get them to stop trying to take money from my account.  I don’t have any dealings with Voki, I have no account.  I have tried contacting them,but have had no response.  My next step as far as I can see, is to contact the police.

When I try to upload an audio file that is 66 seconds long and 387 KB in size, I receive an error "Uploaded file exceeded time limit." However, the limit states 90 seconds and 66 seconds is less than that. Additionally, I have uploaded audio files that are 400 KB in size so the file size also shouldn't be a limitation. Can you please let me know how I can get a file that seems to fit within the limits uploaded? Thank you!
