when I put in the link of my avatar it shows the link and above that an apple logo. How can I add the picture of my avatar?

I am trying to use my paid subscription to Presenter and when I try to login, I get the same error message and a warning that the site is not trusted. I am using Firefox (latest update), and it worked one day, then the next doesn't. Could you tell me if there is something that can be done?

I would like to cancel my trial period as I found another form to use. I have deleted my billing info but cannot find the link to cancel auto pay. Did i do that by canceling my billing info. If not please cancel my account and delete it. Thank you Christina Harrison

I have my Voki embedded on my Weebly-created website. It has been working fine for the past 5 years. Now, it won't load on my computer (or my students' laptops). We just get a spinning "loading" wheel. However, it works fine on my third grade students' iPads. This change seems to have happened within the past week. I have cleared and re-embedded it, with the same result. Any suggestions?

I do not want them to be exposed to English, when creating their Voki presentations.

Can I change their operating language to french, to prevent the exposure to English?
