purchased presenter BUT
It still thinks I havent got a classroom or presenter account, so I can't do one of the premium characters and publish it. Have been messing with this for two days now - getting frustrated. I wanted to be able to use the Voki with audio to upload for an online class, so I figured presenter was my best option. Have I purchased the wrong one?

Can I remove the Feedback bar?
I am enlarging my voki for all of my students to see, the feedback bar also enlarges and gets in the way.
Is there a way I can move it or disable the feedback bar?

I can't unsubscribe to your service. I thought I did last year but I got a bill again this year. There is no option to make this stop. Please make it stop, I am so sick of Voki.

Cannot log in.
It says my username and password is wrong. tried resetting it. Does not work!!!!

I am not teaching anymore and therefore didn't mean to extend my voki classroom account which I subscribed for one year. Nevertheless I've just been charged with the subscription for the next twelve months. Please cancel my account.

Register Button Not Working
When I click on the register box a white box comes up, I have tried this on two different networks and neither has different results.
