Hello! I created a new presentation on Voki and as soon as I finished the 27th slide, the entire presentation disappeared. WHERE DID IT GO!!! I need to retrieve it

Presenter problems

I have a Voki presenter account. When I log in to Voki, it recognizes me but when I click on "Presenter", it goes to a page asking me sign up for an account. This happens often but not every time. Very frustrating.

Dear Sir/Mam Please help me to delete my voki account.i dont know what is it? I cant find the delete option , so please u delete my account or send me link to my email.

Hi All -

Anyone looking to deactivate their account & terminate their service, here's how -

* Login at voki.com

* go to your Voki Presenter or Voki Classroom page (tabs at the top right)

* Select "My Account" from main menu

* deactivate "Automatic Billing"

* for good measure also clear the "Payment Method on File"


That's it.

You will not be billed, and your account will deactivate at the end of the 15 day trial (or whenever your current subscription ends).

You will receive an expiration notice by email - just ignore it and allow the account to expire.

Blank Space for Avatar and options

I am trying to create an avatar but there is a blank space where the avatar and choices should be. I am using Google Chrome and Windows 7. Is there something I should be doing to fix this?

It's easy! From any page, click "Create" (top left). We made Voki extremely user friendly, so just follow the steps. Customize your character, give it a voice (make sure to save by clicking DONE), choose a background and a player, and click Publish! Be sure to register for your free account.

Hi, I'm working with the Free Version and am trying to create my avatar. It allows me to record my voice and save, but then it does not allow me to click the Done button. Thus, I never complete the voice and I can't Publish my avatar. What am I missing? I'm using a 2014 MacBook Pro, OS 10.10.4, latest Safari browser (latest Firefox didn't work either).
