Can't click Done on Give it a Voice
Hi, I'm working with the Free Version and am trying to create my avatar. It allows me to record my voice and save, but then it does not allow me to click the Done button. Thus, I never complete the voice and I can't Publish my avatar. What am I missing? I'm using a 2014 MacBook Pro, OS 10.10.4, latest Safari browser (latest Firefox didn't work either).

Can't create my Voki
Trying to make a Voki for a class, and I don't have a lot of time. I clicked on Create my Voki and the instructions are over the area where I create the Voki. I don't want to have to install anything as this is a school laptop. I am using Mozilla, which I usually don't have problems with. Very frustrating because I picked this tool to use in an online class, and now I can't use it. I am also not buying a subscritption just to see how I like it.

I paid for VOKI Classroom and Presenter in September 2014; I am just now able to use this for students. Is my membership still active?
Do I still have a subscription? I haven't accessed VOKI since September.

Can't log in. Password resets not working
Greetings!
I've forgotten my password, but the password reset process is not working.
I've tried multiple times and get the same invalid username/password message.
I wanted to use this with students tomorrow.

Where can I put my Vokis (publishing)?
The new Voki for Education provides tons of publishing options! Now, you don't even need a website or blog to share your Voki! When you're done creating and saving your Voki, we'll show you many options for publishing or sharing a link to your Voki. You'll see the same options when you’re in the "My Voki" section. Just choose the size of your Voki, and select the destination. It's that easy!

I have a student who uploaded audio. In her edit mode, I hear her audio and it works fine. But in review, her voice is gone. Help!!!
