Activation Email not Delivered

I am not getting my activation link/email after registering my account onto Voki.
I have refreshed and checked Spam every half hour for the past five hours.
I used my personal email account instead of my school's account so I'm not sure why I'm not receiving it. I also don't have any Firewall walls/blockers up to prevent it from entering my inbox.

I haved used voki before and it worked great, but now about a month later I am not getting email notifications after I create and share them.

Voki's that were created in a couple of my accounts are now completely gone, and on the website where I shared them there is just a generic voki replacing each of the original voki's.
What has happened to them??

I had a personal account that I paid for. Recently, my school decided to pay for it and they used the same username (email) that I was using in my personal account. I cannot log in into the school account although I already deactivated my personal account. What can I do?

April 9, 2016 has completely changed your site look and functionality. We are your regular guests, very disappointed and upset. We are discussing the big Russian forum this problem.
We kindly ask you to return the site to its previous appearance and its former functions.
This site we are very fond of. He was a good, beautiful and comfortable.
Now to your site you do not want to go.
We can not make cards as done before.
We kindly ask you to bring back the loved by many website.

I've created two different Voki characters. The first one works just fine, but the audio for the second one won't load properly. Please advise.
