How To Troubleshooting Your Non-Printing Printer?

Check 1: A quick check of the paper tray and paper hopper is in order as well. These should have a sufficient supply of fresh paper in them.

Check 2: Please make sure that you are using the printer you are expecting. To verify this when using Microsoft® Word, please click on the upper left menu item "File" and then "Print" from the drop down menu.

Check 3: Please verify that the documents waiting to print are not stopped. When a printer encounters any problem printing a document, it just stops printing. Any document that is subsequently sent to the printer cannot be printed until the previous document is completely printed.

Check 4: Many printing problems are caused by the loss of connection between the computer and the printer. To check the printer connection on Windows 7® you again click on the "Start" button and open "Devices and Printers". In the devices and printers window you select the printer you are using, click the right mouse button to open a pop-up menu, and you select "Printer properties".

Check 5: Wireless printers often lose their connections to the network. This can be verified by going to the printer and selecting from the printer menus a print out of the network configuration. An alternate test is to use a different computer to print a test page to the wireless printer.When a wireless printer has lost its connection to the network, the simplest and most direct solution may be to reinstall the wireless printer on the network.

Buen día, me pueden ayudar saber en donde encuentro el código de insersion para publicarlo en blogger, no me lo muestra incluso los tutoriales no traen las mismas herramientas que yo veo en la pagina y al dar guardar solo me da la opción de copiar la URL pero no se en donde ver el código de insersion y ya me desespera buscando, gracias por su ayuda.

Why am I being charged for my free 15 day trial?

I signed up to test out Voki. The website clearly stated my card would not be charged until my free trial ended. My card was charged $29.95. I have deleted my credit card from my account since. I read previous forums that with the new Voki website, customers were being charged on sign up, although they weren't supposed to be. I don't want another BS answer as such.

Please cancel my trial

I would like to cancel my trial period as I found another form to use. I have deleted my billing info but cannot find the link to cancel auto pay. Did i do that by canceling my billing info. If not please cancel my account and delete it. Thank you Christina Harrison

When you use the credit card, it remains and charges you for continuous subscription long after initial use. Cancellation process is not user friendly, if at all in place! Please cancel my subscription immediately!

When you sign up for Premium Voki, you are asked for a credit card for automated billing.which you can cancel anytime. If you do not cancel, we have no way of guessing that you want your subscription stopped.

Cancelling auto-billing is simple.

- Login to your account

- goto the my Account page

- disable automatic billing.

or - write a note to support@voki.com and we will take care of it for you.

No reason is required, and we do not make it difficult for anyone to discontinue.

Why you got that impression is unclear - but I'll be happy to know more about it.
