PREVIEW button is not accessible even after saving

My students created their vokis today, but once they were completed and saved, the preview button was not accessible AND I am unable to see them on the REVIEW page. What are we missing. I've reread the Student Guide multiple times.

signing in to voki alway says Login Already in Use This login is already in use.

logging in to voki it ALWAYS says 

Login Already in Use

This login is already in use. To proceed select the option below to log out of all devices on which this account is used.

and I have to go though the process of logging out of and other account and then loggin  in again at least two times before I can use my account. This happens EVERY time even if it is exactly the  SAME computer I was logged and used before.

it is very annoying having to go through this convuluted process to log in every time

html 5 error messages when I try to access my voki's.

When I try to access voki messages, I get an html 5 error message. I have a Dell xps, purchased 2019. What's this error about?

No help from Voki Support

I have been using Voki Classroom for several years with no problem.  Now students are unable to record for more than 30 seconds without getting the message that  time limits are exceeded.  We have tried with Chrome and Firefox.  I have repeatedly filled out the support email form and have received nothing but perfunctory messages from support.  I sent a video of the problem and received no help.  I am beyond frustrated.  Can someone PLEASE look into this?  Either back up your product support services or give me a refund. Enough is enough

Chromebook

I tried to use Voki with my students today but the main page wouldn't load on their computers which are all Chromebooks. It was the correct website but none of the graphics and content would load. They are in school virtually so aren't on a school network. Any ideas on why this is happening?
