Credit card charged even though I requested a cancellation

Hi, I repeatedly contacted Customer Support using the form on the Voki site before my 15 day "free" trial ended, requesting that my Voki Presenter account be cancelled. I also unchecked the automatic bill option and removed the payment option I'd provided when I'd signed up for the trial. I received my credit card bill last month and saw that I had still been charged $29.95. I never received any response from Customer Support, and I never received a response from Voki when I submitted this same ticket as a private message 3 weeks ago. I would like a refund for the Voki Presenter charge ASAP and would like to cancel my Voki Presenter account.

A quick follow up - we have since confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the billing process in the first 3 weeks after the launch of the new Voki site. We were charging our customers on signup (instead of after the 15 day free trial) - this issue was fixed and is no longer a problem.

Apologies to anyone who was affected. Anyone asking for a refund for any reason will of course be refunded per our 30 day money back guarantee policy (regardless of whether they were affected by this problem).

Saving a Voki as an MP4 Video is not supported by the Voki site.

You could use 3rd party utilities (many of which are free) to record off the screen and generate an MP4 video.
While this is not supported by the Voki License, as long as it is not done commercially , and only for education, it is not a problem.
If you are looking for a solution for commercial use - please look at our SitePal product which does offer a Video Generation feature and license (you need to ask).

How do I delete my account and get a refund. This is not going to work for my class. It does not have the characters I need to complete the project and is not easy to navigate.

I'm trying to sign up for a Voki classroom for my 4th graders to use.

I have an account, but it won't let me log in. I had a temporary password and

tried to reset it, but it says it is incorrect.

Vokis blocked

We have several teachers with free Vokis published in their webpages. This year, the vokis will not come up - almost as if they are blocked. We have the voki site approved through our web filter. Are there other domains that should be opened up?
