I have emailed your 'support' 3 times in the last two years in attempt to cancel my subscription and refund my last two years payments. I am very unhappy as when I signed up it was with the understanding it could be cancelled anytime. This is not the case.

I tried to sign up for voki classroom or voki voki presenter for the free version and it didn't let me. How can I get a free acount for those? I created voki on the basic version with my students . the y loved it very much but couldn't publish and email .
My students cannot click on the edit button on a Voki assignment I posted, so they can't even get started on their projects. Whenever they try to start the Voki this error message pops up in the window where the Voki usually is:
Error -  Missing Required Parameter PID
Yet they have no issues using the free version...
Any help on this matter would be appreciated!

I would like to upgrade to a paid Voki Classroom account, but not able to do so. I get as far as logging in, but after I enter my email and password all I get is a "processing" message box that pops up and doesn't do anything else.
