Help... Students are not able to get started and have a blank screen

Several students unable to access Voki while using my Student accounts that I set up.

Just to confirm, is this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org associated with your Voki account?
Also, is this issue happening with all the students?
It would be best if you wrote directly to email@example.com so that we may further advise. If needed we will schedule a screen share session to help resolve.
