My voki avatar that I established years ago is now only available for educators.
The avatar I chose back in 2011 is now only available for Voki classroom or presenters. Why can't I keep my old avatar since I established the account before that model became used primarily for educators? I happen to be an educator by the way.

I click the 'browse' button and select the file. The file name is displayed, however, once I click upload the picture does not appear...

saving failed undefined
I have student accounts that will not allow saving. I have deleted the accounts and entered them over again and still get the saving failed undefined message. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?

video capture
I can't find a good way to do a video capture of our Voki's on a Mac. I have tried a couple and either the audio doesn't work, or the video. Do you have a recommendation for an inexpensive way to video capture Voki's?

Unable to embed to secure sites
I am the Blackboard administrator at Florida Atlantic University. A professor is trying to embed her avatar to Blackboard. I created my own in an attempt to investigate the issue and experienced the same problem. I took it a step further and added the embed code to an html page and loaded the page on to two different servers, one that is secure [https] and one that is not [http]. The avatar loaded from the one that is not secure, but would not load from the one that is.
