embedding in blackboard
I created a voki, copied the embed code, and then pasted it into the html code view. When I submit, the voki doesn't show. Just a blank space appears. Any advice would be appreciated!

Movement of the head
Hi again,
I have an avatar, that speaks a longer text.
I noticed that she is always shaking her head which can be offputting.
Can I somehow reduce these movements?

Audio problem
We are trying to record a voice on our voki but when we play it back it has space where you can not hear the information. Can you give me any information of why this is happening and how to fix the problem

Cannot access audio fx
I can record my voice, but cannot seem to access the fx feature as I once was able to do. Any suggestions?
