How do I delete my account and get a refund. This is not going to work for my class. It does not have the characters I need to complete the project and is not easy to navigate.

Password won't reset
I'm trying to sign up for a Voki classroom for my 4th graders to use.
I have an account, but it won't let me log in. I had a temporary password and
tried to reset it, but it says it is incorrect.

Saving failed Scene is not editable
I edited my Voki and tried to republish. Go the message, "Saving failed Scene is not editable."

I can't "preview" my students' vokis on the "review" page, nor can they "preview" themselves.

Vokis blocked
We have several teachers with free Vokis published in their webpages. This year, the vokis will not come up - almost as if they are blocked. We have the voki site approved through our web filter. Are there other domains that should be opened up?

Voki not publishing on Weebly
I am trying to embed a voki to my free Weebly site, but it is not working. I can embed a Google slide without problem. Also I can publish the voki to blogger no problem. Does it simply not working with Weebly?
