I have emailed your support two times in attempt to cancel my account and refund my money. I have not heard anything back. I am very unhappy.
I have emailed your 'support' 3 times in the last two years in attempt to cancel my subscription and refund my last two years payments. I am very unhappy as when I signed up it was with the understanding it could be cancelled anytime. This is not the case.

my students can't publish and can't sign up for classroom or presenter.
I tried to sign up for voki classroom or voki voki presenter for the free version and it didn't let me. How can I get a free acount for those? I created voki on the basic version with my students . the y loved it very much but couldn't publish and email .
Credit card charged even though I requested a cancellation
Hi, I repeatedly contacted Customer Support using the form on the Voki site before my 15 day "free" trial ended, requesting that my Voki Presenter account be cancelled. I also unchecked the automatic bill option and removed the payment option I'd provided when I'd signed up for the trial. I received my credit card bill last month and saw that I had still been charged $29.95. I never received any response from Customer Support, and I never received a response from Voki when I submitted this same ticket as a private message 3 weeks ago. I would like a refund for the Voki Presenter charge ASAP and would like to cancel my Voki Presenter account.
A quick follow up - we have since confirmed that there was indeed a problem with the billing process in the first 3 weeks after the launch of the new Voki site. We were charging our customers on signup (instead of after the 15 day free trial) - this issue was fixed and is no longer a problem.
Apologies to anyone who was affected. Anyone asking for a refund for any reason will of course be refunded per our 30 day money back guarantee policy (regardless of whether they were affected by this problem).

This functionality has been added - in your "My Voki" page - when you hover over the name of a Scene, you will see a small 'edit' icon - click on it to rename your Voki Scene.

Error Message on Voki Classroom assignment
My students cannot click on the edit button on a Voki assignment I posted, so they can't even get started on their projects. Whenever they try to start the Voki this error message pops up in the window where the Voki usually is:
Error - [101] Missing Required Parameter PID
Yet they have no issues using the free version...
Any help on this matter would be appreciated!

Text to Speech in Greek not properly working
Hello! I create a voki, I add TTS in greek language (Afroditi) I can hear what I am typing, but after publishing and play that voki the TTS voice not properly says what I have written. That appears with the new site version. Can anyone help on this?

This problem has been fixed.
It was not only Greek - but all non-English text was not processed correctly after the 'new and improved' Voki site was launched last month (or as we unimaginatively call it "Voki 2.0").
