Please cancel my trial
I would like to cancel my trial period as I found another form to use. I have deleted my billing info but cannot find the link to cancel auto pay. Did i do that by canceling my billing info. If not please cancel my account and delete it. Thank you Christina Harrison
Entire presentation disappeared. WHERE DID IT GO!!!
Hello! I created a new presentation on Voki and as soon as I finished the 27th slide, the entire presentation disappeared. WHERE DID IT GO!!! I need to retrieve it

Anyone looking to deactivate their account & terminate their service, here's how -
* Login at voki.com
* go to your Voki Presenter or Voki Classroom page (tabs at the top right)
* Select "My Account" from main menu
* deactivate "Automatic Billing"
* for good measure also clear the "Payment Method on File"
That's it.
You will not be billed, and your account will deactivate at the end of the 15 day trial (or whenever your current subscription ends).
You will receive an expiration notice by email - just ignore it and allow the account to expire.

Voki sounds like a fantastic idea, how do I get started?
It's easy! From any page, click "Create" (top left). We made Voki extremely user friendly, so just follow the steps. Customize your character, give it a voice (make sure to save by clicking DONE), choose a background and a player, and click Publish! Be sure to register for your free account.
Where can I put my Vokis (publishing)?
The new Voki for Education provides tons of publishing options! Now, you don't even need a website or blog to share your Voki! When you're done creating and saving your Voki, we'll show you many options for publishing or sharing a link to your Voki. You'll see the same options when you’re in the "My Voki" section. Just choose the size of your Voki, and select the destination. It's that easy!
My voki avatar that I established years ago is now only available for educators.
The avatar I chose back in 2011 is now only available for Voki classroom or presenters. Why can't I keep my old avatar since I established the account before that model became used primarily for educators? I happen to be an educator by the way.

Can my students use Voki?
Sure! Students age 13 or over can create their own account. As a teacher, you can also create a class account and share your login information with students. Please see our Privacy Policy (Section 8) for more on collecting information from children. Visit the Teachers' Corner to find out how your worldwide colleagues are involving their students.
