¿Como cancelar la cuenta?
A pesar de tener una cuenta básica, el pasado 4 de febrero cargó a mi tarjeta 5 euros. Quiero cancelar mi cuenta y borrar todos mis datos bancarios, pero no encuentro la opción.

Hi, I want only Voki Creater and the app installed on 30 of my ipads. How do I do this?
Do I pay for a subscription first? Do I add the free app to the ipads first? Will I be able to add the app to 30 ipads using just one Apple ID?

Hi there!
I've tried to sign up and create new accounts with diverse emails and all the time it says "email already exists" "network problem". How can solve this problem? Because I've even created new emails to double check if it was something to do with that email in particular.

Different Voki characters support different color options, including: skin, hair, eys, mouth, makeup
The only way to know what color options are available for a specific character is to try. If skin color is available for that fish, then it is supported !

I advise clearing your browser cache, and logging in again to start over.
