I cannot save my recording because it says that this model is only available to Voki classroom users.
I am trying to make an avatar and record something for school and it is not allowing me. As I try to save the recording, it says that this model is only available to Voki classroom users. What can I do?

Voki on Internet explorer Not working
I have published several vokis. I copy and embed the code in a Moodle class. They play fine using FireFox, but do not play using IE. I downloaded the latest version of IE (11), but still no luck. Any recommendations?

support not working and can't reject vokis
your support is not working. I can't send my question to you. Here it is:
When I reject a student voki, he/she redoes it, sends it again, the new voki shows up in my teacher's page, but when I click on it, only the old, rejected voki plays. What do I do to allow my students to redo and resubmit their vokis successfully?

Can't see video
I cannot open my students projects. What do I need to download to view them. I have a Toshiba with Windows.
