I entered the necessary information for creating an account into the page you sent me but I can't log in Voki website. It shows error all the time.

I am a teacher. I have tried to sign up for Voki several times but there is a problem with creating a password, it shows error everytime even if I creat one as I'm supposed to.

Creating an account

I have tried to create an account, and it keeps saying the e-mail address is already in use. I have tried 3 of my e-mail accounts, and it has the same errors for each one. I say forgot password and get a message to that e-mail saying there is no account linked to this address.
