A pesar de tener una cuenta básica, el pasado 4 de febrero cargó a mi tarjeta 5 euros. Quiero cancelar mi cuenta y borrar todos mis datos bancarios, pero no encuentro la opción.

Hi, I want only Voki Creater and the app installed on 30 of my ipads. How do I do this?
Do I pay for a subscription first? Do I add the free app to the ipads first? Will I be able to add the app to 30 ipads using just one Apple ID?
Help... Students are not able to get started and have a blank screen
Several students unable to access Voki while using my Student accounts that I set up.
unable to add new students into my classroom
Hi, I was just trying to add a new student into my classroom.
However, when I clicked the "add" button, it turned out to show "500 Origin Error".(See screenshot below)
I also tried relogin and used differents computers and laptops but all in vain. All I get is "500 Origin Error".
Please kindly help me solve this problem.
I really need to add my students into the classroom!
