embed code not working

The embed code no longer works for my Voki's. We embed them in our learning management system. We had no issues prior to the change. Please advise. http://www.voki.com/site/pickup?scid=12549550&width=575&height=323&chsm=30962203c23a6f66cea6c2dce355f9e5

Your embed code contains a part that reads -

src="//vhss.oddcast.com...


please change that to

src="http://vhss.oddcast.com...


and try again - and please let me know if this worked.

Cant use Create Voki page

I am using a MacBook OS X 10.9.5 and when I go to the create a Voki page the page is dominated by the 1. Start Customizing your avatar pop up box and the Sitepal add on the right of the page leaches across almost half of the page. I cannot remove the pop up box and all of the buttons are inaccessible behind it. I really hope someone can help, I was hoping to impress our staff by using Voki in our staff meeting tomorrow!

Hi Elliot -

This is not something we are familiar with - I use a macbook regularly...

Can you post a screenshot? - might help clarify


my first suggestion is - clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

if that fails - I suggest using a different browser (Chrome or Safari whichever one you are not using).

Recordings not saving - need a help ASAP!

Hi, I have made a recording - the first one worked and saved but I have been unable to save anymore recordings. I can record, playback and hit save but then it disappears. I have checked in the 'My Voki' tab and 'Edit Your Voki / Folder Icon' but no sign of my recordings. Any help appreciated.

Approved Voki has been changed and content is missing

One of my favorite sample Vokis no longer exists in my Voki classroom.  I was trying to access it to show to this year's students, but I discovered that the character has been changed, the background has been changed, and there is no sound.  How do I recover it?  It's the first approved Voki in the 7th period 2011-2012 class by Kevin.

When I send emails to Voki, I expect to receive responses in a timely manner. It should NOT take weeks for Voki to acknowledge customers' emails sent to support@voki.com or feedback@voki.com.
