SMART Notebook or MS Word Voki help!

I want to use a voki avatar in a SMART Notebook file and a word document. Can you help? I downloaded the SMART Notebook player that the SMART Exchange says to use to insert the code, but I insert the code and click go and all I get is a grayed out player that does nothing. Any help would be awesome!

Glitched edit button logs out my account.

So I'm trying to create a new voki for an assignment in my class, but whenever I press the edit button, a window pops up and I am immediately logged out and sent back to the homepage. Help please? This problem persists across Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Hi All -

As part of the update to Voki 2.0 we've introduced many new capabilities (including for free users) and we've also restricted some features to paid customers. Among these features were the advanced publish & share features.

I apologize sincerely for the inconvenience this has caused - but to make Voki sustainable and ensure its continued existence we need to charge for more than we have been.

Thanks for your support & understanding - and I hope you will consider a paid subscription.
