I can´t use the voki link to share on a genially presentation. I always get a message telling me the url is invalid. Please help me.

I have tried to create an account, and it keeps saying the e-mail address is already in use. I have tried 3 of my e-mail accounts, and it has the same errors for each one. I say forgot password and get a message to that e-mail saying there is no account linked to this address.
