I didn't want to extend my account

Although I didn't mean to extend my voki classroom account and I didn't click the "extend link" I've just realized that I' ve been charged with the subscription for the next twelve months

Activation Link in Email Not Working...

After not receiving an activation email for over 24 hours, it finally came.
The link works and it takes me Voki's Community page but every time I try to log on into my account, it says I have to check my email and activate it by clicking the link provided.
I have gone back and clicked that link several times and each time, it's not letting me log on.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm glad we were able to help!

We've been suffering from a systems problem since yesterday where some emails are not being sent out as they should be. Our engineers are on it, but in the meantime, anyone who signs up and does not receive their activation email, pls send a note to support@voki.com and we will take care of you.

How do I increase the sound volume on my Voki?

I created three others a while back and the sound is fine. However, the last one the sound is so low as to be almost inaudible. I've already checked the volume on my computer and on Flash. Any other ideas?

The avatar I created many years is now only available for Voki classroom or presenters. Why can't I keep my old avatar since I established the account before that model became used primarily for educators? I am an educator and my student pointed this out

Errors and slow loading

What is a 500 origin error? Also, why does the program take so long to load if at all? Yes, we have cleaned the cache and all the other fixes you have offered. This issue with Voki not loading or taking so long it times out is troubling as I paid for this service for my students to use, but it is still glitchy after several years, with no changes. the presentations jump ahead slides, it is not a smooth transition. The presentation will not stop when clicking the pause button.

How to add my main Voki avatar to the character library?

How can I add my main existing Voki avatar to the LIBRARY so I can use it in a presentation without having to re-create it? I am NOT speaking of duplicating a present page. I am speaking of being able to select my MAIN existing customized avatar from the Present menu.
