As my presentation, can I add the voki and record my screen as the presentation?

Hope you are doing well
If I understand you correctly then you are looking to add your Voki character to your Voki presentation slides and then download that presentation as a video by recording your screen.
If that is the case, then yes, you can do that.
To understand how to use Voki Presenter - and add your Voki character to the Voki Presentation - please review: https://www.voki.com/site/support and then scroll down to "Getting started with the Voki Presenter" section. You will see a guide and video tutorial to help you get started with Voki Presenter.
Regarding downloading the presentation as a video, there is no built in feature to do so, but there are many screen capture utilities that you can use (many of them free). Note that screen capture is not officially supported in Voki, but, if you are a Voki Customer, and as long as it is done for teaching purposes, then it is fine.

Two voki's gone awol, please explain
I posted this as a ticket a while ago but no replies to date
~ I have a basic account and had two voki's in my account but the pickups are not working despite using my account recently and responding to the 'use your voki account email' Is there an outage? Have you deleted them but not my account? Can I have them back please? One was on my linked in and was a good advert about voki as well as a useful talking avatar.
Please let me know whats going on?

This upload file feature on tickets seems busted as well with no user feedback that anything is happening.
I don't mind having to make them again but being ignored by support is extremely rude.support

As our support may have already informed you, we checked and your account was indeed cleared (recycled) due to inactive status.
Given our intention to continue to offer free (and paid) service, we need to free unused resources from time to time to make room for existing & new users. For Free account, inactive status is defined as over 2 years without login and without any scene playback.

A Voki is not a video - it is a dynamic animation.
It can be played (opened) in any browser just by clicking it - but, again, it is not a video.
What are you trying to do with Voki? Please explain why you need a video & perhaps I can advise further.
