Cant use Create Voki page

I am using a MacBook OS X 10.9.5 and when I go to the create a Voki page the page is dominated by the 1. Start Customizing your avatar pop up box and the Sitepal add on the right of the page leaches across almost half of the page. I cannot remove the pop up box and all of the buttons are inaccessible behind it. I really hope someone can help, I was hoping to impress our staff by using Voki in our staff meeting tomorrow!

Hi Elliot -

This is not something we are familiar with - I use a macbook regularly...

Can you post a screenshot? - might help clarify


my first suggestion is - clear your browser cache and cookies and try again.

if that fails - I suggest using a different browser (Chrome or Safari whichever one you are not using).

Activation Link in Email Not Working...

After not receiving an activation email for over 24 hours, it finally came.
The link works and it takes me Voki's Community page but every time I try to log on into my account, it says I have to check my email and activate it by clicking the link provided.
I have gone back and clicked that link several times and each time, it's not letting me log on.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm glad we were able to help!


We've been suffering from a systems problem since yesterday where some emails are not being sent out as they should be. Our engineers are on it, but in the meantime, anyone who signs up and does not receive their activation email, pls send a note to support@voki.com and we will take care of you.

Activation Email not Delivered

I am not getting my activation link/email after registering my account onto Voki.
I have refreshed and checked Spam every half hour for the past five hours.
I used my personal email account instead of my school's account so I'm not sure why I'm not receiving it. I also don't have any Firewall walls/blockers up to prevent it from entering my inbox.
