Voki Classroom is moving slow. Please help.

The review feature is efficient with few clicks necessary. However, it would save me time as a teacher when I have to diapprove an avatar that has been submitted if I could include why it wasn't approved. That way the student could use the feedback to make the corrections without me having to speak to him/her again with the specific things needed to correct.

I cannot access voki classroom eben though I have signed up and paid for it and gone through the activation link. It seems to link me to the voki site but not to the classroom part???????

How do students login?

My students cannot log into their Voki account from home or at school. When they attempt to log to press the log in button, the login button isn't active.

Every time I try to import my class lists from your template, I get a message like this:
"Only .xls files are accepted. Please try again."

However, I was using an .xls file. I used your template. I checked "My Account" and I still have not used all of my available student accounts.
Please advise.

My avatar has mysteriously disappeared from my teacher webpage. It worked fine until recently. I tried to re-embed the html code, but it did not work.

I would like the option to differentiate my instruction by being able to give assignments to particular students, and not the entire class. For example, I have two students working on a mythological beasts project and have decided to become the voice of Hydra. So far, I haven't found a way to post an assignment for only the two students (without creating an additional class which I can't do because I have reached my limit of five classes). Any ideas?

I have 3 students who have completed their VOKIs and are still at the 'Get Started' status after saving. I cannot preview them for some reason. I have successfully set up another student (Ty'relle), previewed his VOKI and his is now sitting in the 'Try Again' status. I am wondering if it has something to do with the fact that, after saving, the students found that they could not use the 'close' button but had to use the 'x' in the toop right hand corner of the 'close' box? Otherwise they did everything else the same way in which I set up Ty'relle's.
