Will not import .xls files

Every time I try to import my class lists from your template, I get a message like this:
"Only .xls files are accepted. Please try again."

However, I was using an .xls file. I used your template. I checked "My Account" and I still have not used all of my available student accounts.
Please advise.
Hi Jill,

You have to remove the instructions on the template before you upload! If you are still having problems, send an email to support@voki.com.
