this sucks ass the dam thing has advertising that covers using the designing your voki and i am not paying for this because it is not working

Password won't reset
I'm trying to sign up for a Voki classroom for my 4th graders to use.
I have an account, but it won't let me log in. I had a temporary password and
tried to reset it, but it says it is incorrect.

Saving failed Scene is not editable
I edited my Voki and tried to republish. Go the message, "Saving failed Scene is not editable."
