We expect to have a fix sometime tomorrow.

If you can't wait - please use Text-To-Speech audio - which works fine.

Hi Michelle -

Can you post a link to your Voki?

when you click on "Share" - you will see thta one of the share options is a link.

grab that link and post it here if you would - we could then review and advise.

Please post the direct links (permalinks) to your Voki Scenes - and we'll take a look right away.


To get the direct link to your scene -

* goto "My Voki"

* select the Scene by clicking on the image of that Scene

* click the button "Publish Your Voki"

* right in the middle you will see "Copy this Permalink" - copy that link and post it here for us to review.

The advertising is the result of malware on your computer.

We do not use ads that cover the surface of the product and interfere with product features (and paid customers & their students see no ads at all).


The best solution is to install Ad Blocker - it's free and will solve the problem for you.

Hi Jennifer -

Anyone looking to deactivate their account & terminate their service, here's how -

* Login at voki.com

* go to your Voki Presenter or Voki Classroom page (tabs at the top right)

* Select "My Account" from main menu

* deactivate "Automatic Billing"

* for good measure also clear the "Payment Method on File"

That's it.

You will not be billed, and your account will deactivate at the end of the 15 day trial (or whenever your current subscription ends).

You will receive an expiration notice by email - just ignore it and allow the account to expire.
