Hello!
I am very sorry about the inconvenience.
Our QA reviewed this issue in depth and we were unable to recreate the problem. In the past we encountered (rare ) cases where a user had installed a browser extension which conflicted with our signup logic.
I suggest to try the following:
* clear browser cache and cookies and try again -
or
* try on a different browser.
If neither works, please send us a note to support@voki.com - and we will sign you up and create your Voki account for you.
Regards,
Gil

Hello!
Voki does not support subtitles.
We do offer another speaking avatar product (for business use) that does.
If relevant - check out www.sitepal.com

Hello Hanna,
Adding you own image to a presentation is a useful feature available in Voki Presenter.
See below screenshot.
I hope this helps.
If I misunderstood your question - please clarify.
Best regards,

Yes - by adding a video background you your Voki.
The video will play all the time though - not just when speaking, and will loop.
In 'backgrounds' select the 'library' button, then you will see the "add background" option. mp4 format videos are supported.
Tip: use a circular scene that ends at the beginning to avoid the visual break when it loops back.
Hope this helps
