I paid for a subscription but still says I'm not a subscriber

I specifically signed up to use voki for a uni website assignment. I cannot get the embed link because it says I don't have a paid subscription, yet I signed up and if I try to again, it says a payment has been made. I can't see in my paypal where the payment has been taken. I really need to get the embed code though! Please help.
