My Voki audio isn't working properly. Please advise.

I've created two different Voki characters. The first one works just fine, but the audio for the second one won't load properly. Please advise.

Please post the direct links (permalinks) to your Voki Scenes - and we'll take a look right away.
To get the direct link to your scene -
* goto "My Voki"
* select the Scene by clicking on the image of that Scene
* click the button "Publish Your Voki"
* right in the middle you will see "Copy this Permalink" - copy that link and post it here for us to review.
I HAD 2 AVATARS IN MY PRESENTATION TODAY ONLY ONE OF THE AUDIO WORKS SO NOW I HAVE TO REDO THE ENTIRE PRESENTATION. I AM VERY UPSET AND I WILL NOT USE VOKI AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT.

The new update affected only scenes using recorded audio.
We expect to have a fix sometime tomorrow.
If you can't wait - please use Text-To-Speech audio - which works fine.

PLUS SINCE VOKI CHARGES THERE SHOULD BE A 1-800 NUMBER.HELP DESK TO ASSIST YOU. I DO NOT LIKE VOKI AT ALL THUMBS DOWN
