I created a new account tonight. When it asked me to sign in, I kept receiving an email/password is incorrect note. I tried to reset my password but it says my email is not in the system. Please help!

I couldn't even sign up! I kept getting told that I had to use at least one letter and one digit in my password. In fact, I had more than one of each. I tried using a different pasword, but the message was the same. I tried to find an address to get help, but I didn't see an e-mail address. Only in Gil Sideman's response above did I find a place to write to. (In a place to ask questions, I had to enter my (nonexistent) password.)

Please do send a note to our support and we will help you complete the sign up - if you already did so I'm sure we will respond soon.
We'll have a look at the password requirements and make sure they are clearer. Last thing we want is to cause frustration!
