Please send a note to email@example.com - and let us know which email address is used as your Voki login.
That would enable our support engineers to identify your account and advise.

Open the settings menu at top right - where your name appears.
In that menu - you will find the "my account" page.
For school accounts - the page is named "account info".
Go to that page, and you will see an "Active" switch, next to "Account Settings".
It is the topmost option on the right hand side.
