Voki not working

My voki is still not working. When I have the avator picked, type in the speech, mark it done and then go to play it for the class, the sound recording time shows 00:00. The speech is there on the screen, but it won't play. I've reported this before and not gotten any response.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Voki. Can you please give us the account ID so we can take a look at your account. The character you're using and the text you've given it.
