problem with account access

I cannot access voki classroom eben though I have signed up and paid for it and gone through the activation link. It seems to link me to the voki site but not to the classroom part???????

We're sorry you were having difficulty accessing your account. Our Support Team informed us that they were in touch with you over the weekend. It seems that you purchased a Voki Classroom account under a different email than the one you were trying to log in with.
