Voki works at home but not school

I recorded a voki at home and tried to play it at school. It worked great at home. At school, it appears, but when I click on "play," nothing happens. The character doesn't move, and no sound is made. My sound does work on my school computer.

Hi Kim,

Can you try downloading Shockwave at: http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Then restart the computer and see if that solves the issue.

I took my school computer home, installed Shockwave, and restarted. It worked great. I brought the computer to school, and the same issue occurs. The character's mouth won't move and the sound won't come out. I am frustrated because this would make a great project for my students. Do you have another suggestion? Thanks.

Hi Kim,
Please check the internet speed with your school's IT department.
Also ask them to check Firewall settings.
