I keep being charged for a membership I don’t have. I have used Voki or signed up for anything. I have emailed their support, received no answer and they still are trying to take money from my account. Apart from reporting this to the police, how else
How do I get them to stop trying to take money from my account. I don’t have any dealings with Voki, I have no account. I have tried contacting them, but have had no response. My next step as far as I can see, is to contact the police.

you have now tried to charge me $34.99, I’ve never used your company, I have no knowledge of any account with you. But these charges have to stop, there is no invoice from your company or any emails, Your charges are unauthorised and I want you to stop with immediate effect.
Hello K!
We're not interested in charging anyone who is not actively using Voki !
If you are not using your Voki subscription we will deactivate your subscription and refund any charge made within the last 30 days (per our policy).
We would need to identify your account (and then identify the billing transaction) in order to refund it.
I searched for your email in our system - and there is no Voki account with that username.
Also - the charge of $34.99 does not match any subscription plan that we offer - neither monthly or annual.
Therefore, it is likely that this charge did not originate from us, but from a different service.
To look into it further - I suggest sharing with us a screenshot of the charge in your credit card statement (just that one line displaying the vendor name and the date). This will help clarify whether the charge is from us.

Gil

ps.
you can send us that screenshot and any additional information to support@voki.com
As you can see, there are 3 transactions declined by my bank, all relating to your company.
Hello K!
This has nothing to do with us.
Voki is an edtech product, offered mostly online (not on mobile). You can find it at - https://www.voki.com
We do provide our customers a mobile application, called "Voki for Education".
You can see it in the app store here -
https://www.apple.com/us/search/voki?src=globalnav
( btw, our app does not offer or charge a paid subscription - that's not hard to verify ).
As you can see - the application that charged you is different.
We don't know who they are or anything about their business.
I suggest you follow the standard procedure with Apple to terminate your subscription.
Here are the instructions -
To terminate an iOS app subscription, go to Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → select the subscription → tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Gil

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately I am unable to find a subscription relating to them, nor is anyone responding to my emails.
I noticed a website that may belong to the same group - https://app.get-voki.app/ they have a 'contact' option.
Might be worth a try.
If you are unable to make contact with them you might want to contact apple.
