Audio Not Uploading

When I try to upload an audio file that is 66 seconds long and 387 KB in size, I receive an error "Uploaded file exceeded time limit." However, the limit states 90 seconds and 66 seconds is less than that. Additionally, I have uploaded audio files that are 400 KB in size so the file size also shouldn't be a limitation. Can you please let me know how I can get a file that seems to fit within the limits uploaded? Thank you!

Try logging out and logging in again - sometimes this helps clear up problems.

I should add that it is an .mp3 file being uploaded and that my account is a Level 1 account, which increases audio length from 60 seconds to 90 seconds.
