Can't register

I am trying to register my class with a Voki account but it won't allow me to register because it says my birthdate is either invalid or not formatted correctly. I have used the format 2 digits for the month, 2 digits for the day, and 4 digits for the year. Don't understand why it is being refused. Please advise.
