support not working and can't reject vokis

your support is not working. I can't send my question to you. Here it is:
When I reject a student voki, he/she redoes it, sends it again, the new voki shows up in my teacher's page, but when I click on it, only the old, rejected voki plays. What do I do to allow my students to redo and resubmit their vokis successfully?
