How can I cancel my account?!:?!? You present it as easily done -- just go to the "My Account" page and unclick automatic billing. But that page is NOT easily found.

Open the settings menu at top right - where your name appears.

In that menu - you will find the "my account" page.

For school accounts - the page is named "account info".

Go to that page, and you will see an "Active" switch, next to "Account Settings".

It is the topmost option on the right hand side.
