À l'étude
Hi Nikki,
Please send the voki account details to 'support@voki.com' to test.
Also, send a screen shot of the error page.

I use Voki in Canvas. What I have found is if you go back and edit the page that you embedded the Voki in, for whatever reason, you need to go back and re-embedd it. Then it will work again. I would wait until you finished the rest of the page before finally embedding teh Voki compionent.

Enrique--you are correct! I figured that out eventually :-) Any edit, whether it is pertaining to the Voki or not will cause the Voki to "disappear" from the published page. I think this instability may be due to so many browser updates/changes. The initial problem though was that characters were not showing on top of my Voki Presenter slides--If the user visited the url, they characters were on top, but not in Canvas. Wierd! I had to go back to Presenter and bring the characters all forward in terms of layering. This worked. Thanks--& we should present on Voki-ing in Canvas some time!
