Our Support team is trying to recreate the issue. It would help them to have your account info. If possible, please log in to your Voki Classroom account, click on the Support tab, and send them a message.
Once they have your account email, they'll be able to try and recreate this issue with your account, and to respond to you directly via email.

Here's all you need to do:
1. Visit http://www.voki.com/products.php
> If you already have a Voki Account, make sure to log in.
> If you don't have an account, one will be created for you.
2. Click on Get Voki Classroom
3. Select your subscription:
> 1-Year
> 2-Year
> Multiple Accounts
4. Complete the steps. You will be taken to a PayPal page where you can choose to pay via PayPal or credit/ debit card.
5. Once you complete the payment, your Voki Classroom account will be automatically created.

We tend to agree. Simplifying the student login process is a great idea! In fact, we're just putting the finishing touches on a new and improved login method.
Instead of requiring students to login under a teacher/ class/ school domain, we're gonig to implement a simple, unique login for each student - still without requiring student emails.
We'll post a detailed annoucement on Voki Classroom, and on our blog, within the next several days.
