First, please double check how many student accounts were created by going into the My Account tab. If the number of student accounts have increased, you may have already uploaded your list to the account!
If you're still having problem after this, just send an email along with the .xls file to support@voki.com!

Thank you for your suggestion for Voki Classroom!
You can create multiple lessons within one class but other students who are assigned to the class will be able to view it. You can always rename the new lesson to "Jack and Jill" or "Hydra group" so that your students will know it's for them!

When you signed up for the free trial, you already entered your credit card information. It will automatically charge your credit card after your free trial ends and your account will be extended for the 1 year subscription!
