Most likely reason for the problem:
You might not be logged in
Or - you were not logged in when you previously saved your characters to the library
Or - you are logged in now as a different user than you were when you saved the characters to the library
If none of the above seems likely - please send us a note to email@example.com and we will look into it further.
Voki has published only one mobile app for iOS - here -
another (identical) app for Android will be published soon.
We are not aware of any other Voki app - does this answer your question?

At the moment the UI is only presented in English.
(although the Voki avatars can speak in any language)
Please note however that using the editor does not rely much on language as most of the UI is visual (images) not words. Furthermore, when you create a Voki Classroom assignment for your students - they do not access the entire Voki site - but once they login most of what they see are your assignments, and your instructions, which you can write in French.
So please consider trying Voki Classroom (requires a Level 1 subscription) - and evaluate.
We do not see the problem. When you click on the image or text it should open your Voki. Please try again. If you still see a problem, please share a link to your page where the problem can be seen. You don't have to post it here - you can send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You said "I do not have a automated billing activated." - so if that's the case you're good.
Note: If you have no payment method on file - then auto-billing option is not shown - it can't be activated.
If you are not sure, contact support and someone will look into it.
If you deactivate auto-billing you will not be billed, and your account will expire at the end of the free trial.
You should be all set.
