Open the settings menu at top right - where your name appears.
In that menu - you will find the "my account" page.
For school accounts - the page is named "account info".
Go to that page, and you will see an "Active" switch, next to "Account Settings".
It is the topmost option on the right hand side.

You can download an mp4 voki video from the Voki mobile app.
Once downloaded - you can add close captions with any video editor.
